At Kharif Stores, we work hard to make sure your premium tea and rice reach you safely, on time, and in fresh condition. This Shipping Policy explains how we ship, delivery timelines, charges, and tracking, in a simple and easy-to-understand way.

1) Where We Ship

Domestic Shipping (India)

We deliver across most locations in India using trusted courier partners. Delivery availability may depend on your PIN code.


2) Shipping Charges

Free Shipping:

  • Free delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹1500.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD is available for orders below ₹3000.
  • COD service charge: ₹90 per order.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly shown at checkout before payment.


3) Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) are usually processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
  • We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.

4) Delivery Timeline

  • Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.

Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • Courier service availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or unforeseen delays

While we always aim for timely delivery, some delays may be beyond our control.


5) Order Tracking & Updates

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation message or email.
  • Tracking details will be shared so you can follow your order in real time.

Order status may show as:

  • Processing – Order is being packed
  • Shipped – Order is on the way
  • Delivered – Order successfully delivered
  • Cancelled / Returned – As applicable

6) Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available only for selected PIN codes.
  • If COD is not visible at checkout, it means COD is not available for your location.
  • Orders returned due to refusal or customer non-availability may be restricted from COD in future.

7) Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Repeated delivery attempts not accepted

The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges, if any, will be borne by the customer.


8) Cancellations & Shipping

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable.

9) Packaging & Safety

All our tea and rice products are:

  • Hygienically packed
  • Quality checked before dispatch
  • Sealed properly to maintain freshness during transit

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Kharif Stores reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply immediately.
